Since obtaining my diploma (in 2006), I have been working at the Department of Dermatology, Venereology and Dermatooncology at Semmelweis University. In 2011, I completed the dermatology and cosmetology qualifying exams with excellent results. After that, I continued my work at the Clinic as a specialist and then as an assistant professor. In addition, since 2015 I have been holding private practice at KOC Medical Aesthetic Center.
I gained my professional experience at the inpatient wards of the Clinic and then at the outpatient clinic (general dermatology, oncodermatology, and allergology outpatient clinic). Since 2017, I have also been holding consulting hours at the University's cosmetology outpatient clinic. In addition to patient care, I also participate in the training of Hungarian and foreign medical students and trainee specialists. I received my Ph.D. degree in 2016 on the subject of the skin’s protective function, and in the published statements we demonstrated that an enzyme, previously not tested in this domain (transglutaminase 3), is also necessary for the formation of the intact skin barrier. Aside from classical dermatology, in recent years I have become more and more interested in cosmetology (as a discipline as well). After the qualifying exam, I took part in a number of aesthetic training courses in Hungary as well as abroad.
In recent years, I have been doing increasingly more cosmetology interventions, which, to achieve the possible best results, I will combine with predilection, if necessary. There are treatments which are only carried out by myself in the entire country, such as nail psoriasis injection treatment as well as special medical-grade chemical peels which can even be applied to strongly pigmented skin (e.g. yellow peeling, combined and sequential peeling). In addition to medical-grade chemical peels, I also have a profound interest in the complex treatment of acne scars, in which I combine surgical subcision, laser and IPL treatment, supplemented, if necessary, with chemical peels, advanced fractional laser technology, and hyaluronic acid filling, in order to achieve the best aesthetic results. I also perform Botox and hyaluronic acid treatments (lip and wrinkle filling) with predilection, where my main aim is to achieve a harmonious face. When it comes to hyaluronic acid filling, I endeavor to know and apply the latest trends. I also use the "MD codes system" along with its complex facial schemes, relating to which I became interested in facial mimicry fine tuning using myomodulation.
I regularly hold lectures at national further education conferences, and with our scientific achievements, I have participated in international conferences several times. I am a member of the Hungarian Dermatological Society Cosmetology Section, the Hungarian STD Society, and, in connection with chemical peels, I am also a member of the International Peeling Society.
